Usually when u dc after a pic its your loopback adaptor that is working up a fit...
So here's a useful guide to get rid of that error.

The Microsoft Loopback Adapter is installed on some computers by some applications- but not on all computers. It's a device driver (software) that can be disabled if its causing problems.

RIGHT-Click on "My Computer" and select "Properties" from the pop-up menu. Click the "Hardware" tab on the next window, then click the "Device Manager" button.

Look down the list in the Device Manager window for "Network Adapters", then click the "+" sign to open it and display all the network adapters installed on your computer.

IF "Microsoft Loopback Adapter" is on the list, RIGHT-click on it and select "Disable" from the pop-up menu. This should stop it from affecting anything.

If the "Microsoft Loopback Adapter" isn't on the list then it isn't installed on your computer so the problem is something else.
