If anyone else has this problem with Maplestory setup, this is a different way of downloading all the files for Maplestory v83.

Step 1: Create a new folder (ANYWHERE)

Step 2: Head over to [LINK REMOVED]

Step 3: Yes, you need to individually download every single one of these files and place it into the folder that was created.

The total time taken for me to get all the files was approx 5 Hours total.
