Why are you applying for GM:
The past private servers I had been working with sadly shut down and I recently decided to come back to playing private servers instead of GMS. I am a friendly person, but I would not abuse any powers or give freebies to players. I would also like to create PandaMs into a hacker free community, where everyone can enjoy their game in a fun and fair state.

What Interests you most about being a GM:
Instead of being a player in the game, being a GM is almost like being a referee. You don't really get to play around and join the game, but your able to help and control the players. Which allow them to have the best time possible. I would rather watch and help other people have fun and excel at their gaming life. Being a GM is about responsibility and I am a responsible and mature person.

How would you seek to improve the server as a GM:
FFC-
Fun: The whole point in playing a game is to have FUN! Whether it be chilling in the fm, dressing up in crazy nx, or just the game in general. If I were a GM I would always make myself able to join in with the players to have fun. GMs shouldn't be separated from the players, but actually be a player with a different job. But being a GM doesn't necessarily mean that I will have fun, which is fine with me. Being a GM is about making the player's game fun and run through smoothly
Friends : Bring more people to the server. I know what it's like to work in a brand new server and bringing in players is one of the most important things to do. I would use any connection possible to bring in new players. I would also post ads around any Maplestory related forums. (Not on any nexon ones, because they will hunt me down...)
Challenge: EVENTS!
Events, in my opinion, are one of the most attractive aspects of a private server. (AND FREE NX :D) Going against other players to win prizes bring out a bigger challenge and also help keep players online. Since events can't be very frequent, I will do my best to make the most of each event. Trying to make the next event more fun and challenging then the last. I know how to host almost all events (True or false, jump quests, fashion shows, last man standing and hide and seek events)

Do you see yourself filling an important role on the current GM staff:
I don't want to take any roles of the current GM staff, but I do see myself filling an important role on the current GM staff. Every role, no matter how small, is important. It is just as important for GMs to find hackers as it is to answer regular players questions do whatever it takes to make the server enjoyable. (Within GM limits and restrictions)

I'm a friendly and happy person, I have a sense of humour. I like to believe I am honest and have good communication skills. I am fluent in English and French. I'm approachable and I love a good laugh.

Yes, if I had a choice id always pick being in a team. Being in a team makes work go by faster and easier. When it comes to leadership decisions, I'm usually up for the job if no one else wants it.

Continue playing because it's hard to come by a good private server and PandaMS has an awesome community that I would love to stay in .

Last Words:

Hackers:
A minor first time offender:
I would take a screen shot, jail him/her , then would come the lecture and last warning. (all with proof)

A minor second time offender:
Since I would have proof of their first offence, I would tell the offender to go on the forum and apply for a Ban Appeal. Then I would ban them.

I will make sure that other GMs are aware of the problem and if this server has specific rules, then I would follow the rules of PandaMs.

Well.
1) YOU CANNOT GIVE OUT FREE ANYTHING.
2) YOU CAN'T HOST MORE THAN 3 EVENTS A WEEK. (Even though when I got the job, all the things I dreamed of was taken away...)
And 3) I never had any fun ._. Due to the fact that GM rules are strictly made to prevent "Fun"
